If you are under 18 years of age, you may only use the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian for any remote consultation service (Tele-Medik) or with their presence during any home consultation (Medikadom).
Please refer to the section on Accounts for Minors in these Terms and Conditions for more information on accounts created by legal guardians of minors.
An Account for a Minor may only be created with the consent of their parent or legal guardian in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions. If you are under 18 years of age (you are considered a “Minor”), you declare that you have read the Terms and Conditions and that your parent or legal guardian understands and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
If you are a parent or guardian authorising a Minor to use our Services, you agree to:
(i) assist the Minor in using any Service;
(ii) assume all risks associated with the Minor’s use of the Services;
(iii) assume all responsibility and be bound by the Terms resulting from the Minor’s access to and use of the Services;
(iv) guarantee the accuracy and truthfulness of all information provided by the Minor.
